- Master planning including streetscape design, residential lot layouts etc.
- Community amenities landscape design including the gatehouse, neighborhood parks, lagoon promenade, lagoon Beaches, site sales center, community clubhouse and etc.
- 2d and 3D Visualization
- Coordination with other consultants including the architects, civil engineers, etc
- Planting design
- Site lighting design
- Site furniture layout design
